One Step Forward Consultancy (OSFC) has been dedicated for over nine years to advancing Social Work practice across the Caribbean and the United Kingdom. We deliver the International Safeguarding Children Conference (ISCC), accredited training programmes, global professional development initiatives, and international placements.
Our work focuses on raising awareness of safeguarding standards, enhancing child protection practice, and supporting social workers at every level of their professional journey—aligned fully with international standards.

Our
History & Impact
Since 2014, OSFC has hosted the International Safeguarding Children Conference (ISCC), bringing together professionals from Jamaica, wider Caribbean, and the UK. These conferences—supported by the British and Jamaican High Commissions—have shaped policy, improved services, and fostered cross-border learning.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, OSF continued to support frontline professionals through online conferences, workshops, and prayer breakfast sessions focused on mental health and well-being.
The success of the ISCC led to the launch of OSF International Social Care Services (OSFISCS) in 2021, expanding our mission through accredited CPD training and international collaboration.
